Gina is the co-owner of TBSNE, taking on the owner role as of January 1, 2023. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Master’s degree in Accounting.
Gina has been a valued member of the TBSNE team since 2016. Prior to joining the firm, she began her career in tax & accounting, working for a public accounting firm immediately after graduating from Southern New Hampshire University in 2014.
She specializes in tax preparation and tax planning for both businesses—including corporations, partnerships, & nonprofits—as well as individuals. Gina is also highly experienced in QuickBooks and provides clients with strong support in financial organization and reporting.
Gina is committed to building lasting relationships with each client, with the goal of delivering personalized, ongoing services that evolve to meet their needs.
Outside of work, Gina is married to fellow TBSNE tax accountant, Nicholas Nolfi. Together, they welcomed their son, Bodie, in 2023. In her free time, Gina enjoys spending quality time with her family and vacationing on Cape Cod.

Nick Nolfi
Nick is a tax professional with five years of experience supporting individuals and business owners across a wide range of tax needs. His expertise spans individual tax returns, Sole Proprietorships, LLCs, Partnerships, S-Corporations, and C-Corporations.
In addition to tax preparation, Nick has a strong background in tax planning and projections, helping clients anticipate their liabilities, understand their options, and avoid unexpected surprises at year-end. He is known for his clear communication, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering accurate, strategic, and practical tax guidance.
Nick’s approach is grounded in making complex tax rules understandable and ensuring that every client feels informed and confident. Whether working with an individual, a growing small business, or a multi-entity structure, he focuses on filing accurately, planning ahead, and building a long-term tax strategy tailored to each client’s goals.

Stephany pena
Stephany is a tax accountant who joined TBSNE in September of 2025. Before joining us, Stephany worked in public accounting since 2021. She specializes in individual, small-business, and S-Corporation taxation. She received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Salem State University in 2024 and prior to that an associate in business degree from NSCC in 2013. Early in her career, she had worked in operations for various non-profits.
Over the course of her career, she has built strong expertise in strategic tax planning. Known for her analytic approach and clear communication style, Stephany takes pride in making complex tax concepts easy to understand. She is committed to accuracy, responsiveness, and building long-term client relationships through trustworthy proactive guidance. Stephany lives on the north shore with her husband and three kids, she loves to go to the beach, travel and dine out with her family.

John Reppucci is a seasoned tax professional with 45 years of experience providing comprehensive tax preparation, tax planning, and consulting services for individuals and businesses. Throughout his career, he also held Massachusetts state securities licenses for many years, further enhancing his expertise in financial and tax-related matters. Now semi-retired, John is no longer accepting new clients but remains in the office once a week as part-time help. He is recognized for his longstanding commitment to accuracy, integrity, and client service.
